Torment fue una banda de psychobilly originaria de Inglaterra, liderada por Simon Brand desde 1985. Lamentablemente en 1994 Simon se suicida por depresión dejando un legado inmortal a sus espaldas de inigualable calidad y sátira genuina. Un ejemplo de sus letras cargadas de critica social bañadas en riffs y solos excelentes es 'Rules For Fools' pista que encontramos en el segundo álbum de estudio que produjo la banda en la segunda mitad de los años 80's y que fue editado en 1987 por Nervous Records. Es el tema con el que se cierra el álbum y habla de las pesquisas y especulaciones que se hacen sobre los horóscopos catalogándolas de tonterías como mínimo por el genio de Simon Brand.
